Registration payments are accepted by check/money order, Visa, and MasterCard.

Cancellation Policy

If an emergency arises and you need to cancel your registration, a refund, less a 10% processing fee will be issued for requests received by October 2, 2006. No refunds will be accepted after that date. All refunds will be issued after the Symposium. All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing.
